You have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, and more. Use the form below and we'll respond within 30 days, free of charge. You can also email us directly at don@themodfather.co.uk with the subject line "Data Request".
What you can request
- Access — a copy of all personal data we hold about you
- Rectification — correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erasure — deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"), subject to any legal retention obligations
- Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data
- Portability — receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format
- Objection — object to processing based on our legitimate interests
- Withdraw consent — for analytics or marketing (you can also do this any time via Cookie Settings)
Make a request
Please use the same email you gave us when contacting us or booking a repair, so we can locate your records.
This opens your email app with the request pre-filled, addressed to our data controller. If your device has no email app set up, just email don@themodfather.co.uk directly.
How we verify your identity
To protect your data, we may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request — usually by checking that the request comes from the email address we hold for you. We will never ask for more information than is necessary to verify you. This step exists to make sure nobody else can access or delete your data by pretending to be you.
